At Thanksgiving I am planning to make a scene and kick everyone out by the time dinner is about to be served... This way I get all the turkey and all the drunk bastards are out of my house...

Believe it or not, my family really enjoys spending time together. And there's always enough food to go around. And we'll probably all be drunk bastards at some point in the weekend.

Yes i do it every year; and then i end up with all the turkey and trimmings as everyone just eats and runs; before the fireworks start....No booze this yr' so it will be the smallest dinner ever,,

See, you have it tough, buddy, you really do. I do not have to plan to throw a temper tantrum, it just happens. LOL No planning needed. Except mine happens after everyone arrives and there is still beer left. hahahahahah

Good plan. Make sure they don't put any oysters in the dressing. If they do, add dried cranberries also, to balance out the extra salt.

Yummmm!

Ta Dah!

I do a good job of avoiding my family. It's easy because they live 800 miles away.

But, I must say your plan sounds more like a family dysfunction.

I hate the holidays for that very reason. I know, it sounds awful, but my family is the pits. I have a much better time with me and the dog.

...Sometimes the cat, too.

My husband and his sisters used take turns throw fits but now they don't speak to one another so the holidays are nice and calm. :) I like it much better this way.

Why waste your time on the temper tantrum, when you can just forget them completely?

No, but I'm sure one of two people in my family will. I got the last tantrum...it's not my turn.
