Help with Scratches on Hardwood floors?

I have hardwood floors in my home. My couch left some surface scratches on the floor. some rubbed right off but some wont come off. any suggestions?

buff the floor with a light abrasive pad

Hardware and flooring stores sells tubes of wood stain colors. A quick swipe, let dry and you'll never notice the scratch unless, of course, you are talking about a gash. I use them all the time as my cats have claws.

Old English scratch cover liquid or pens. If they are dark floors- use a black or brown marker and rub lightly when wet.
