I believe there is an afterlife. There is some form of human consciousness that is an energy all its own which animates and automates the flesh and makes you...well, YOU. A distinct being from anyone else with a MIND.
Since scientifically speaking, energy can never be destroyed, it must live on in some form after death.
This I know for certain, having had encounters with those who have passed on.
What I take based more on faith is that there is no eternal reward or punishment for what we do in this lifetime.
I DO believe that the part of us that lives on and whether in this physical plane, or the one beyond or moving between both (like some spirits) is given the chance to work out our unfinished business and move up a step in the development of our beings.
I think what we experience in the afterlife, must be balanced to what we did in this life. Everything in the universe exists in perfect balance. An eternity of punishment for 75 years of mistakes is imbalanced and a waste of soul potential. Just as an eternity of reward for one lifetime of good. It makes more truthful sense that we get the EQUAL reprecussions for our actions and continue to learn and grow throughout our existence.

I will be Escorted to Planet Heaven on what you would call a "UFO"--if you saw it now.
I callem' Chariots of GOD Almighty.
They can Travel Faster than Light.
Incredible Speed.
And, Some of them are More Powerfull than what satan has, or man has.
These Chariots of GOD are Chariots of "War".
Yes, GOD Defends HIS Children.
Yes, GOD has to be a GOD of War at Times too!
Just the Way it is.
Did you Ever See those Chinese Flick's, where The Master (kun foo, karate etc.) Only Uses Enough "Force" to Repel (Hopefully) the Attacker to get him,her to Stop Attacking?
Unless the Attacker is out "for the Kill"?
Then The Master has to "go all Out"?
That is a Spiritual Principle.
Star Treck (Original Series) has alot of Spiritual Principles in it too---"Non-Interference"
of Other Life Forms on their Own Planet!

I believe we will stay in this realty contained in this universe. Reincarnation of the continuous type, does not allow for any escape to an alternative reality. We must face and overcome the serious problems in this world, because this skill will be neccessary in our next lives. The spiritual strength we gain from taking life's challenges head on, will be very valuable in future lives.

the choice will be yours. many believe that there is no hell or purgatory. only your denial that the other side exist. if you choose to proceed on through the tunnel of light. you will be greeted with love. after a while of being there you may decide to come back to life if there is something that you need to learn and grow in. we are here to learn and grow and its through our life that we acomplish this in either this life or the next. read some books on the other side or near death experiences or a psycics view on the subject. its really interesting.

Unless a person is of the 144,000 (anointed) which go to Heaven to rule as Priests and Kings with Christ, everyone else will sleep in death until the resurrection of "the righteous and unrighteous" during the 1,000 year reign of Christ and his anointed.
They'll be resurrected to life on a soon-to be Paradise Earth, where they'll have the joy of rebuilding what Adam and Eve lost.

When one dies, ones MIND and Soul awaken within the Astral realm, and ones Soul finds itself within its Astral form before a "judge". The judge and ones Soul discuss how well one did in ones life just completed relative to what one wanted to accomplish [how well one did in working through ones Fate Karma, in other words].
Ones Soul then, in concert with the "judge" lay out ones next Fate Karma which is designed to accomplish what one wants to work on for ones next life. Once this is done, one then goes to either some heaven to enjoy what one has "earned" by way of the good one has done, or one goes to some remedial environment (hell) where one "learns" to resist certain negative thoughts. The time spent in either place can be quite long.
When one has "learned" or enjoyed fully, and ones next life is "ready"... one then reincarnates, to continue the exploration of life. One is born to Souls who "owe" one a birth.

Well that'll be it for me. I'm sure I'll be tired at the end and need the rest. That's how I see it at least.
In all likeliness though I'll probably catch something or develop a life threatening condition before then. I'll just live life as it comes and when my time's up I'll deal with it, I'm not gonna put too much thought in it 'till then.

Truth is that no one knows what happens when we die. Most likely, that's it. We like to hope for something more but there is no way to know.
