Well, our cell phones have been compared to Star Trek communicators. And I heard some guys built a tricorder a couple years ago. And yeah the transporter thing. Though right now it's debatable whether it would ever work with something as complex as humans. I also heard that, when they first did the diagnostic beds (that take your vital signs when you lay on it), somebody actually called the show demanding to know how they found out about something similar they had in development!

The History Channel had a great program titled "How William Shatner Changed the World" last year that covered many of the gadgets inspired by Star Trek.

Here is my list:
-Mobile Phones (Communicators)

-Bedside Medical Monitors (Biobeds)

-Non-Instrusive Scanning and Imaging such as MRI's and CAT scans (Biobeds and Tricorders)

-Command Centers (The Bridge) [I read once in a book on the history of Star Trek that several branches of the US Military studies the plans for the Enterprise bridge. Just take a look at NASA's command centers or the movie War Games from the 80's]

-NASA scientists and astronauts (Starfleet) [Every scientist and astronaut I have ever seen interviewed at NASA has said that watching Star Trek as a kid inspired them to choose Space Exploration as their career.]

-Magnetic Containment (Warp Engine and Anti-matter Storage) [Being applied in experimental fusion reactor in Europe]

-Maglev Trains (Anti-Gravity units)

-SETI (Depictions of Alien Life Forms)

-Language Translation Software (Universal Translator)

-Computer Speech Recognition, i.e. Dragon Naturally Speaking (Talking Computer) [Almost all of the Federation computers in the entire history of Star Trek have been voiced by Majel Barrett Roddenberry, widow of Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry.]

-Laptops/PDAs and wireless computing (PADDs)

-Internet (Data Archives, LCARS)

-Webchat with Video Feeds, Skype, Video Phones, Video Conferencing (Viewscreen and Hailing Frequencies)

Wireless communications - cell phones, video conference, mobile computers (laptops, handheld blackberry, ect)
Microwaves, ovens, scanning processors, auto light dimming devices, fully automated homes and office systems, de-compression and de-contamination chambers, central vaccums, subcontanious medicinal injections, CAT scanning and the open MRI. That is all I can think of at the moment.
I was just thinking about this the other day. :)
