I thought that scientists said that if the Sun collapsed in on itself that it would become a black hole and Earth would be pulled in. Apart from that I have no desire to consider how the world will end, if it will end that is.

People have been predicting the end of the world for at least 5000 years (at least, that's how far back we have records of the doomsday types).
Every culture has its problems, and there are always people who think those problems are a sign of the "end times." Honestly, I think there are only 2 things that may destroy all life on earth: a change in our orbit when the sun expands/collapses, or humans and their fetish for nuclear weapons.

the world will come to an end when it ceases to serve a purpose. time will cease when it no longer is necessary to learn the lessons which it was placed here for. the world doesnt end for everyone at the same time. the world has ended for some, and will end for others soon, while others still have many lifetimes left to live before they have learned.
i do believe there will be a fundamental shift in consciousness in the near future where the global civilization will emerge and replace the local civilizations. peace will reign and love will be our master. but first we must suffer great loss. its all waiting in the wings....

unhappy, yet yeah it really is like Suicidal said...i won't be able to take care of different viewings of unhappy videos so i will flow again to ones that make me chuffed. If I were you i ought to write a satire. those for me, for my section, continuously have some style of result on me. a depressing comedy possibly? something it really is humorous yet scarily unhappy at the same time (imagine: Dr. Strangelove). because, properly...the failings that scare us the most finally end up being the funniest. BQ: Shawshank or Amelie BQ2: Grave of Fireflies or Pan's Labyrinth

The world is not going to end soon. No one can reliably predict the future very far in advance. We need to focus on our future and the world's future, by addressing the serious problem we have in this world. We are responsible for our own future, and that of the world. This is the reality that counts, and God wants us to contribute positively to it.

I believe the Bible when it says that God will bring this world to an end. We're not told when it will be but we are told that people will be carrying on their everyday lives just as normal.
I don't think it will be quite like the Y2K thing!

My kids say that it is going to end in 2012. I can't believe my then 5 year old grandson will be gone. But I can't wait to be with them all in Heaven!

Look around you. Earthquakes, fires, floods, war, parents killing their children, children killing their parents and each other just to name a few. Yea, I'd say we're well on our way.Think about the moral decay of society and how more countries are developing nuclear weapons. It's only a matter of time.
