Diet on a cruise!! Ha!! Only if you mean trying to avoid certain foods, etc.

Holland's food is really good - and the service is outstanding!!

Go to CruiseCritic.com and click on "Boards" and then "Holland America". If you do a search, you can probably find the menus - I know they were there [or there was a link for them] when we went on our HA cruse.

Have a wonderful trip!!

The menus may vary - but Holland America, and all cruise ships, have healthy-eating options available, including salads and other low-calorie foods on their buffets. Holland America has recipes from "Cooking Light" magazine. They also have vegetarian options and special diet (i.e. diabetic, etc.) menus.
