Atheist/pagans/agnostic
Anyone who does not want to accept the truths of the Bible
Anyone who does not believe in the necessity of accepting Christ into their lives.
Anyone who is a Satan worshiper
Anyone who follows false religion
Anyone who does not know the true meaning of Christianity and how a true Christian carry themselves.
Sometimes even people who try their best to follow Christianity because of so many different types of Bibles out there. There are accurate ones out there, I can testify, but then some get changed so man can make it suit themselves. I would just say just pray and ask God which Bible to follow. But one thing all Bibles have in common are the 10 Commandments.
Let's look at the Jehova Witness version. Some of their books are either shorter or longer than the KJV or NIV.
And also, anyone who misinterprets the Bible.
And anyone who serves money instead of serving God. Money, too much, is the root of many evils. You want to have your needs taken care of, but it is easier for the camel to enter the eye of a needle than the rich man entering heaven. (That scripture wasn't just about people who are rich with money, but also those who try to make themselves rich with posessions).
The ones who DO NOT easily get tricked or deceived are those who know how to properly interpretate the Bible, those who desire to live the cleanest godliest life possible, those who have Christ as their Savior and let God make plans for their lives instead playing God with their own lives, anyone who surround themselves with the right kind of people. Anyone who truly know how to spend enough time with God and know how to truly seek heavenly treasures and God first.
I'm so happy to see you have the drive to seek so much knowledge! Keep it up, sugar! :-)

Those who are following "false Christs" (the cults).
Jesus warned us that “false Christs and false prophets” will come and will attempt to deceive even God’s elect (Matthew 24:23-27; see also 2 Peter 3:3 and Jude 17-18). To best guard yourself against falsehood and false teachers - know the truth. To spot a counterfeit, study the real thing. Any believer who is, “rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15), and who makes a careful study of the Bible, can identify false doctrine. For example, a believer who has read the activities of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in Matthew 3:16-17 will immediately question any doctrine that denies the Trinity. Therefore, “step one” is to study the Bible and judge all teaching by what the scripture says.

I think it is the other way around. Those that believe are tricked and deceived into believing in something that has absolutely no truth to it.

Satan no longer has powers of deception within the human mind. We deceive ourselves.

The Washington Post recently stated that Christians, as a group, were easily led. It was in reference to politics, but it essentially meant across the board.
The Christians that come here every day prove the Washington Post to be right. Not to mention P.T. Barnum.
