Only if that new religion or belief "was true" and acceptable to God as being wholly truthful.
Don't change just because of some new love if you already have the 'truth'. If you have to wonder what the truth is, think of this:
Does your current or the new religion:
1) Encourage being involved in political matters?
2) Encourage voting in political matters?
3) Support wars and rumorism concerning wars?
4) Support fornication?
5) Support more than one spouse in a marriage?
5) Support cheating on your taxes?
6) Support watching or involving oneself into immoral entertainment, i.e., pornography, violence, fornication, adultery, or any other form of immoral conduct?
7) Support murder, rape, robberies, thievery, telling lies, revilry, bestiality, homosexuality, extortion, drunkeness, gambling (a greedy person), worshipping idols (inanimate objects, i.e., Jesus statutes, worshipping any other being except Jehovah God himself?
8) Believe in any other religious doctrine except the truest and most accurate form of the Bible "The New World Translation"?
If you've answered yes to any of those questions, then that new religion is not advisable to join into just because you met a new love. Furthermore, if the religion you're currently in contains any of the above mentioned items in 1 thru 8, you should seriously get on your knees and ask God in Jesus name to please help you to gain accurate knowledge and gain the truth about him, his purpose for the world, and how you should be worshipping him with your whole heart and mind.
Amen

No, that would be denying who I am as a person. I assume you are speaking of something huge like religious conversion, etc. I say, NO! I may change my address across the same town I already live in to live next door or something. But, overall if a person loves you. They love you as is-period.

No!
And, I didn't keep a belief I once had for the sake of an old love, either.

Absolutely not. God is most important and should come first in our lives. If someone loves you, he/she should be able to accept that. Otherwise, why would they ask you to compromise your beliefs?

No. I would learn about theirs...but beliefs are useless if you are always changing around.

I don't understand how this is possible. I can see maybe changing from one denomination to another (Orthodox to Methodist, Sunni to Shiite), but how could you change your basic beliefs -- wouldn't you have to lie?

You can't do that. You can pretend to believe what they do but when it comes down to it, you believe what you believe.
