In what ways would they speak to others not of their following?

You just sort of feel them. They all have thier own presence and texture. I can pick them up instantly when they come around. Loki's a bit tricky, but eh, he's Loki. Plus he just doesn't come around much. Thank the gods. All thought lately....I'm wondering.
They speak in small ways. Impressions, gut feelings. The same way all the gods talk to anyone I suppose. It's hard to explain really. But you just "know".
Other gods don't talk to me. I'm sure if I tried hard enough they might, but I have no desire to. The gods do not suffer fools gladly. They will not waste time on those they don't feel are worth it to them. Not everyone hears the gods. Not everyone is meant to.
edit: Sen there will be no "judgement" day for me. My gods don't judge. I earn my luck, my respect, my honor. Your "god" hasn't a damn thing to do with it. Feel free to live in your black and white world with your weak two ply religion. But there is NO need to insult mine.

I'm a liberal Christian with Unitarian, almost Eastern leanings. So, take what I say with that grain of salt.

God, as I perceive him, speaks subtly and most often through other people. So, I listen. A lot. Not just to Christians; I've heard God through Wiccans, a Sufi Muslim, a Baha'i, more than one pagan. I've heard God through atheists. Through homeless people...

He does speak, but you have to be paying attention.

peace regards respects

Directly, generally. I've never experienced them as indirect or as feelings. It was very profound the first time. Still profound now, but less scary....Awesome and awful, in the literal, but not terrible and terrifying.

I like the Abrahamicists who come here and say there is only one god with fingers in their ears and stomping feet. It doesn't change reality one whit.
Even their holy texts mark them as henotheists, not monotheists.
Poor Abrahamicists.

Through Nature....mine is a very earth-based religion. All it takes is a look at the sky, or around your own backyard. Listen to the weather, and the critters...(yah - I know it may sound a little nuts, but it does work)..just keep your eyes and ears open. Ask Nature your questions, and you will get a reply.

They speak to me in my thoughts, and sometimes they seem to manifest in other people. They come around as presences and as gut feelings. Sometimes I can see them with my third eye as well.

I dont have gods and goddesses. I have one God....His Son....and the Holy Ghost. They speak to me through the word of God and my faith. I have no physical proof...I just believe.

There is only one God and he speaks to all of us in his revelations in the Quran. End of.

Of course people are free to believe what they like he did give us free will after all. Just call on your Goddesses etc on judgment day and ask them to save you.
