Healthcare--all the way. No matter what the economy does, people keep getting sick. And, considering the obesity epidemic in this country, that's not going to change. And, we are in a nursing shortage with not enough new people entering the profession and baby boomer nurses getting ready to retire.
I recruit for healthcare because it is a recession proof industry. When I first became a recruiter, I recruited for financial professionals. Now that's a volatile industry!
