i usually get attracted towards sex and secretion of sperm takes place.pls tell is this natural or something related to my bad habit?

I'm sorry, but the fact that you don't know that it's normal at your age is extremely disturbing. Apparently educating children is just something people used to do, way back when.

Its probably not semen it preejaculate. It cleans the urethra before your ejaculate.
