my pay at my current job is good, but the hours sorta suck. my boss is really miserable. but i enjoy my coworkers alot. the job itself isnt alot, its just my boss. his daughter works with us and when she talks to him about his behaviour, he gets better, but he makes me miserable most of the time and i barely want to come to work anymore. should i wait until she talks to him, or leave?

I would leave because thats ridiculous. Imagine if she didn't work there.

Only you can really answer that.
However, you might ask yourself some questions like: What is your future there? Are you getting any training? Can you transfer to another dept?
If none of this is happening then why do you want to be there? You have your future to think of. Get some education in a field you really like and get going on building a career so you will have a great retirement - it will be there sooner than you think.

if at all possible find a better job first if you feel that you need to leave. look at all your priorities first. then decide what will benefit you in the long run. you want to be happy-- right? is the job effecting your life that badly? if so, then maybe you need to find a new one. remember that no place or no one is perfect.

Update your resume and start looking for another job. If you find something better, take it. But don't quit your present job till you have another all lined up. It's always easier to find a new job while you still have one.
