No, but something like that IS cruel, unless the blind person is aware that what you did is all in fun, & weren't doing it to be cruel!

That depends. A blind atheist would find it challeging and fun. A blind christian would possebly not find it fun at all, and try to hunt you down and destroy you and your family.
(I havn´t met one christian with even a basic sense of humor.)
