some people dont realize that alcohol can casue you to vomit, so if the person is anorexic they probably see it as an offensive gesture. (They're not stupid for not knowing this, just means they havent been around too many drinkers)

because they're probably bulimic and making THEMSELVES vomit which is why they're so skinny. for girls like this, talking about throwing it up or actually seeing it strikes a very personal chord.
