you got to understand this..
once a cheater...always a cheater!
No matter how much he says sorry...until he truly feels guilty for what he has done and feels bad for not being loyal to you..till that time he will always cheat..and not every time will you succeed in catching the person red handed...many things can be done on the sly.
You need to find ut why that person is cheating...what is lacking in you that he has to look for it elsewhere..if its plain habitual then that person is not worth spending your time over..
So what if hes your first!..big deal....who said that the first has to be the last or you must stick with ur first...
many times the first person u go out with isnt the right one for you and such kind of experiences teach you
if the guy doesn't make u feel comfortable from inside or if u feel there is dishonesty in the relationship...confront him..if he gets away every time withs smooth talk or lies to you or repeats his mistake without caring about ur feelings..you got to leave him or else a few years down the line he will make life miserable for you. It will become a habit for him and he will sto feeling guilty and will repeatedly do ti if u keep taking him back even after he makes the mistake.
Confront him and if he still doesnt change ..leave him
There will be someone better in store for you. Just wait for the right time.

You Have to leave. A person who cheats on you has no real love or respect for you.
It may seem like the worst option, but you may be comforted by the fact that Most people fall for at least One person who will betray them or mistreat them.

Happened to me. And I loved him. But, I fell right out of love with him (about 3 days) when I found out what he did to me. I actually caught them in bed together. I left his sorry right then and there! NEVER dissrespect yourself and stay with someone like that. You have no children, I am assuming, so you have nothing holding you back from leaving him other than confused emotions. He doesnt deserve you. He's a liar and a cheater. He deserves someone that will do the same to him.

Leave them and take it as a lesson learned. People who cheat once usually cheat again. Move along.

You have to leave them. No-one deserves to be cheated on and when you leave them you will have time to find someone else who will treat you better.

If someone cheats then you can leave them (well you could leave them anyway without cheating), First what? why do you think you cannot leave

If you can't leave I guess you have to forget about it or it will drive you crazy. Just remember he's going to do it again. Doesn't that make you want to leave? You deserve better and there are better out there. If you give yourself a chance to find them.

Once a cheat ALWAYS a cheat. I really like Radio 80's answer. Maybe I can top it - Ask your father or mother .

Since you think "you can't just leave them"
Expect more of the same. That person you're with knows you will just forgive him everytime he "accidentally" has sex with someone else...and apparently that seems to true.
Wish you lots of luck.
