Today on the way to work I saw a sign that said:
"A chrisitian is one who sees a rainbow in every tear."
And maybe it was suppossed to make me happy, but in a way it kind of made me sad....
what are some church signs that made you sad or a little down -- not the usual upbeat happy church signs??

I saw something odd the other day that wasn't a sign, but similar. There were about 100 of the best church parking spots marked off by number and some said staff. Isn't it strange if there are some more privileged then others to have that convenience of being closer to the church entrance? And maybe the poor who can't afford the donation will be the ones who never get that privilege. Maybe Jesus will use his spiritual whip and drive out some of those moneychangers.

Local church had a sign about a year or so ago:
"We Are Sinners Too ... Come Join Us!"
That is not the message a believer should send to anyone that is thinking of becoming an overcomer.

Not lately, but I have seen pictures of paintings and statues of Jesus and Mary crying blood.
This is the truth. As the prayer says "Hail Holy Queen, our life our sweetness and our hope. To thee do we cry. To thee do we send up our sighs mourning and weeping in this valley of tears..."
