Absolutely not :) I used to have a very specific list of things I wanted in a guy: 1. Can't be mean 2. Can't be stupid 3. Can't be ugly (I think I heard these three in a movie when I was younger, but it's just a good call - these are things that breed through, and the first two are things I would never want in my children) 4. Should be able to get along well with my brothers (I have 5) and my mother and father 5. Should be at least 3 inches taller than me 6. Should be able to speak more than one language (There were more but I can't remember them anymore.) However, after years of really unsuccessful relationships I realized I may need to rethink something or change my tactics. So when a really sweet, smart German guy asked me out I almost didn't say yes because he was an inch and a half shorter than me. It would have been the worst mistake I had ever made. He met all but one of my bf criteria. My 5'7 boyfriend is one of the greatest parts of my life, I just stopped wearing heels on some dates - sometimes he insists that I wear them (which brings me to 6'0) but when I do he calls me "his Heidi Klum". Height seems like its an important factor because its what people see when they see you together, but its definitely not a deal-breaker if the guys makes you happy and treats you right.

no. I'm reasonably tall for a lady - 5' 8" so I think anything taller than me is fine. I would say on average smaller that 5' 7" is short for a man so 5' 11" is fine. If you're worried about your height - date short women, then you'll seem really tall! My daughter's boyfriend is 5' 11" and she is 5' 4" and she's always going on about how tall he is so it's fine.

No I thought the average height for a man was 5.9 but that was a few years ago so it might have gone up to 5.12 (is that another foot?) so I suppose it depends on whether you stopped growing before the 5.9 deadline. It doesn't matter.

No, I don't think so. I am a 5'7 and love tall men, that means I
would love you too. Smile.
Remember its not all about hieght all the time.
There's this guy that likes me he is visiably alot more shorter and smaller then I am, the reason I didn't go for him was not so much his appearence, or that he was shorter, it was his attitutude that became a big turn off and problem for me.

That's about average for a man, I believe. A tad bit on the short side, but not too bad. Taller than me in any event and that's all I'd really care about.

Nope...not at all...!
Generally, women like men to be the same height, or taller, so with the average woman being 5'4" (I read that somewhere)... you are doing just fine. I'm 5'7" and think 5'11" is a great height for a guy....!
