i was about to answer then i read your question again...
1 - ok cos its inexpensive...
2 - slight problem,cos you cant buy it over the counter...
but i have it on good authority that its the best! and promotes exactly as you describe...
interested if there is a cheap alternative available over thecounter, to buy... Mmmmm ??

Inexpensive and "best" moisturizer does not go together as the first poster eluded to. All of those cheap ones have oils and fillers in them so you use a LOT more of it than the more expensive ones.I used to use the cheap moisturizers and for one they didn't work very well so I used more I ended up buying 10-12 bottles of it compared to the Hydrating Creme Concentrate I got from Bee-Luscious. So it ended up costing me about $20 more for the cheap stuff!!

I would say anything by L'Oreal sense it is the same company that makes Lancome. I have very dry skin and I like L'Oreal Age Perfect. It works great on wrinkles too. (I'm in my 30's so I have a few fine lines) The cost is about $13.00.
I've done my research too sense I had to switch to the cheaper brands as well.

Or you can buy the store brand in the same cobalt blue containers next to it. I get the lotion in the pump bottles but I've also used the cream kind in jars. It's better in the shower to use in place of soap on your face, neck and arms, but rinse it off.

L'oreal Dermo Expertise is supposed to be good.
