Like, the big 40's and what not at gas stores?

Malt Liquor is the only way to fly cheap. The best way to drink it is in a glass with ice. I know that sounds odd. But, Malt Liquor is not really a beer.
The strongest are St Ides, Red Bull, & Colt 45. Buy them in 40 oz or 22oz bottles. 40oz bottles give you more bang for your buck. However, after a while the 40 oz beers get warm and taste bad. I usually grab 2 x 22ouncebottle (some call them double deuce) poor one in a glass and pop one in the fridge. Either way you will be good and drunk for about $6 anywhere you go.
Personally, I prefer Colt 45 and Blue Bull. Happy drinking. Cheers : )

Best and Cheapest should never be placed in the same sentience. A good cheap beer, as much as people rag on it, is PBR. I consume beer from ALL over the world, and cellar many of them, but I will always love my Pabst Blue Ribbon.

The best cheap beer I know of is Coors Extra Gold.

Pabst Blue Ribbon. It's more powerful than most beers, and if you can gag a few down, you'll get a decent buzz. But beware come morning..... You'll have a headache THIS BIG...

that really depends on the person and how high their tolerance is.
beers not one of those things you should go cheap on.
i mean relatively cheap ok.
its tolerable.
but colt. and steel reserve.
just not good.
if i were you i would just go with MGD or something of that sort.
going any cheaper is just gonna end in puke.

I would go old school.....real old school and get the Schlitz malt liquor Bull or the Colt 45.

get a 32oz of miller high life taste good and its about $1.25 out the door. get it really cold first.
