We all know that is is the driver to talk about, this is" Jimmie Johnson" week, like it or not, but don't you think we all get tired of heaing about Dale Jr??:?? His season was nothing to talk about at all, but yet we always have to hear about Jr! why? The man didn't even make it in the chase!!!!

JEALOUS....... I am so sick of hearing people saying - there cheating, if it wasn't for Jeff, 24 should win the cup .......... The non Jimmie fans are tired of him winning, where as we are excited. I guess if we look at it from their point of view, we would be pretty sick of hearing a driver being talked about constantly for the last five weeks, if it wasn't Jimmie. That doesn't mean there is an excuse to bash him though. I get tired of the bashing. He is out there doing exactly what it is he is supposed to be doing and then some.
I do have to disagree about all the talk surrounding Dale Jr. He is definitely having a year to talk about. All those blown engines and dnf's!! A crappy year indeed. He has a large fan base, and it has been a disappointing year to say the least, for Jr. fans.

I can't agree with you more! I'm not a JR hater and can take when people bash Jimmie but they actually have nothing bad to say about him except that he keeps winning and it's boring to them. He is a stand up guy (as JR), clean driver (as Jr), doesn't whine, donates, ect.. and his record proves everything! Jr is a decent driver but he did nothing this year. Truex made the chase and has a win and has the same equipment. Once again, not bashing JR. If he will be successful next year at Hendrick, then thumbs up to him! People bash drivers when their fav. isn't winning. Jimmie is that good! 2 back-2-back Championships, you have to give the guy credit! Everyone is saying how good Tony is, well Jimmie just passed his career win and almost tied with him in championships. GO JIMMIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No matter where you go there will be haters. If your driver does not win, then you just bit$% about the one who did. Make stuff up, call him a cheater, etc.
Let's face it Jimmie Johnson is a hell of a driver, got a great team, and an even greater crew chief. Although not mu favorite driver, still an excellent one.
As long as he continues to race clean, and so does everyone else, it looks like he's gonna be the 2007 CUP CHAMPION.
People don't want to hear about other drivers winning when they think "their " driver should have won.

It's simple, he's annoying... Ok, HE'S not annoying, him winning all the time is annoying. But thats to be expected of anybody who dominates, unless of course they happen to be your favorite. Then you'll probably like it. I actually like the guy, but as a guy, NOT a racer. For some reason I just dont want him to win, I cant help it. I didnt choose to either, it just happens.
And as for always hearing about Junior, I'm gonna have to strongly disagree with you on that one. All we ever hear anymore is "Jimmie this, Jimmie that... And Jeff too! They are just AMAZING!" Why dont they just run off and get their little happy racing butts married to eachother since they're so great together? I mean, Kasey Kahne crashed hard into the wall Sunday, and they say "Kasey Kahne just hit the wall... Oh and what about Jeffs tires? What do you think he'll do? Blah blah blah blah blah... JIMMIE! Oh, by the way Kasey IS alright. Now back our Beloved Golden boys!"

everyone is entitled to like his/her fave...it gets a los monotonous to listen to them talk of just one driver all the time regardless of who that driver is...take phoenix for example, there was a lot of good racing going on, all they were showing was the 48 and the 24 great if you like them, but I feel the other drivers that were out there breaking their butts deserved some time as well

I agree 100% the TV Announcers try to hype up drivers too much. They are supposed to be impartial but they are not!!!!!
