Okay so I was born in 1982 and growing up I'd love to watch this show that was like a circus but was people in costumes, like there was a rabbit with a top hat I think and like this girl on a swing and they would fly away in a hot air balloo...it was like under the big top or something cuz they ran a circus...please help me figure out the name!!!

It's not Xuxa. It's an american show in english. It had like winnie the pooh's tigger in it.....
