In the sense you mean, yes. I never did in the sense of going to meetings and the like. I always check it out before I give them my name and become listed as a member.
My sympathies on being suspended. Have you put a protest on the forum, detailing why you think it was unjustified? Or did you admittedly go over the top, and now regret it? If that's the case, take your medicine and start building up your points again.

Yes - I joined a fraternity in college. It was fun at first, but it turned out to be lame and weird after a while. Paying money to have friends isn't something I am up for.

I nearly joined the John Birch Society in college because they said it was just an organization for people who loved their country and I thought, "Gee, I love my country." Then I found out what it really was.
Your suspension is totally unfair; some people are just killjoys.

i joined the marching band in high school thinking it was the concert band. big mistake. i didnt play, lost interest in memorizing minute long pieces and marching around a feild. i still hate marching bands. CONCERT BANDS OWN
