do you have to apply every semester , or you just apply at the beginning of the school year and you get the financial aid for the whole school year -fall and spring

i already applied and got the fin. aid for the fall semester.do i have to apply again for spring

no you only have to do it one time for the whole year...but you will have to fill it out again for fall and spring of 2008-2009....

The next time you need to complete the FAFSA form is next year after January 1 but before your school's financial aid deadline for returning students. You only have to apply for financial aid once per academic year, but you will have to reapply for the next academic year. What I mean by academic year is that it includes the fall, spring, and summer semesters. However, quarters would mean four quarters. You can still apply for outside scholarships to minimalize student loans. I will include some free resources to locate money for college. Good luck!

Go to the financial aid office at the college of your choice. There is a lot of paper work involved. If you are still in high school go to the guidance counselor..they will help you. Do this as soon as you can.Good luck.
