Does the pup eat before going on the bus. If so maybe do not let the pup eat if you know you are going out on the bus. Nothing wrong with taking the dog on the bus at all so dont feel you need to make excuses for that Hun.
Dogs like humans get car/bus sick to. It is usually through anxiety as its a strange experience, so yes it will pass most likely. If its done on a regular basis that is, if not then she may continue it for longer.

Next time you make an appt. for the vet, ask the best way to prevent this from happening again. If the pup eats too close to the time of going on the bus, the movement of the bus could cause the tummy to get upset. Or nerves.
Take care.

Remember this is a Puppy its only 11 weeks old witch is really the time it should be taken from its mother, most take them at 8 weeks witch is too early in my opnion. Treat it like a new born baby becasue that it what it is. It will be extremely fragile for the 1st 6 months and will need to be handled gently for the first 2 years of life. That being said I always get sick on the Bus too.

Good luck

My female bichon can not get in any car or even sit in a rocking chair with us .She will throw up every time and she is 3 years old now .Some get over it as they get older but some don't!! Ask around some places have a mobile vet that comes out just for shots and easy stuff. Good luck

This will pass ......... It is just a stage . My dog used to do that too , but after a few months , he started loving car rides . Maybe your pup will do the same , or maybe it will continue like my cousin's dog . May sound crazy , but every time you take your pup on the bus , take a piece of the peel of an orange or lemon and make your dog smell the peel .

Try sitting in the front of the bus. One of my dogs used to get car sick in the backseat but was fine when he sat in the front.
