You and your partner must take an antibiotic for the requisite number of days in order to rid your body or bodies of the Chlamydia bug. As the person above me said, you must talk to your gynecologist about this. And yes, it is definitely possible to become pregnant. The same thing happened to me and I conceived a child.

This is a tricky one, a friend of mine had chlamydia for 7 years. When she decided to concieve, she was examined at her first visit to the doctor. They discovered she had chlamydia. At this point she was 3 months pregnant. It depends on your body. They treated her, She concieved fine and the baby was fine also. In another related case a friend of mine had it for around a year. She could not concieve sadly. So that being said. You have to go and see if you are baring or not. The Doctor can tell you after a small procedure...

I personally had chlamydia for over 6 years and didn't even know it. I found out I had it when I got pregnant. I am living proof you can and my baby boy is healthy.

Chlamydia does cause sterility. The only way to know is to see the GYN docs.

Yes you can still get pregnant. Although if it gets to be pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) it can possibly make you not able to have children. Don't quote me on that second part though...
