Doesn't it make you sad when so-called "Christians" post answers that are unloving and judgemental? Some even go as far as to say that God doesn't love homosexuals or any other type of sinner. Don't they realize WE ALL are sinners and in need of a Savior? Then, we all get labeled as hypocrites. I prefer to admit that I'm no better than the next person, and certainly have no right to judge others, just to share what God has done for me. Please share your thoughts, and God bless you.

I agree that saying "so-called Christians" is wrong and judgemental. Thanks for the lesson. I don't agree that I can't post a question directed to a certain group of people. Of course, all are welcome to participate.

Socko, I have probably posted many unloving and judgemental comments here and in other places. I don't think I've implied that I'm perfect, or even close, but I'm open to learning from others. God isn't done with me, so please be patient.

Sir 12:7 For thou shalt receive twice as much evil for all the good thou shalt have done to him: for the Highest also hateth sinners, and will repay vengeance to the ungodly. <<< SAYS HE HATES SINNERS
Psa 5:5 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity. <<<< SAYS HE HATES WORKERS OF INIQUITY
Joh 9:31 Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth. <<< HE WILL NOT HEAR THEIR PRAYER
1Jo 2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. <<< THOSE MAKING CLAIMS are just that, making claims.

It does. Very much. It is very nice to see that you realize you are still imperfect without Jesus. No, we are no better than anyone else. But some seem to think (I think without realizing much of the time) they are above all that now. I became a Christian about 6 years ago. After about the first year, I was having a tough time with prayer, in church, etc. I asked God to show me what I was doing wrong and I caught myself one day as I watched someone give someone else the finger out a car window. I shook my head and the thought "Sheesh. I am SO glad I am not like that anymo-" and that is as far as I got before I nearly crashed into someone from being so surprised! I felt like I had been slapped good and hard. I am glad God still forgives us after such stupid things, but it so saddens me that so many are not willing to hear or consider the Gospel and the Truth and will suffer terribly for it. I do wish I could tell everyone and that the Holy Spirit would then lead them all to Salvation.

Yes, we all are sinners and need Christ. Let us not forget that many of us have him. God is love, but love is not God. Jesus had some very specific and, by today's standards, hurtful things to say about some very specific activities and attitudes. Are we faithful to him when we fail to tell others what he has said? This is not speaking judgement. It is merely telling what we have been told. How is it honorable to live a life that could never possibly be persecuted for doing what is right, especially as things stand today? We must not worry about what others think of us as we speak truth, but we must always strive to do so in love. We will fail. Many times what we perceive to be failure will actually be necessity.

This is just my thought. Every man has their own soft side, some of them were developed. But that doesn't mean they are homosexual. Homosexual is one who is motivated, in adult life, by a definite preferential erotic attraction to members of the same sex and who usually, but not necessarily, engages in overt sexual relations with them.
Yes, we are sinners, but since we know we have sinned, what should we do? Of course as for His forgiveness and change yourself for the best and do not tolerate your own sin.
We now had the bible where we know that He is our savior. Jesus Christ die for us, because he loves us and He wants us to be saved from hell.
He left us teachings that we should follow: Leviticus 18:22; 20:13; Romans 1:26, 27; 1 Corinthians 6:9,10; and 1 Timothy 1:9,10. From these verses, committing homosexuality is a sin!
God is a loving God and a Holy God. Most of us sees Him as the one who always forgives but He is also a Holy God who knows how to punished those who were unfaithful to Him. We should feel sorry about the homosexuals, but the right thing to do is to teach them they are sinning, and its not too late for them to change, the word of God should lived among of us.
1 Cor:13No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.

Amen sister- I posted a very similar question and while back and it was deleted, however keep speaking the truth in love my sister- Jesus will be pleased and you will be blessed. We are all sinners that need a Savior, and I am so thankful that He saved me- I was once lost, and Jesus found me and is changing me, however, that does not mean I have attained perfection yet- so we are we to point fingers?

Yes...You are quite right...I agree. Somehow, people get the idea that some sins are worse than others. Judging someone or even the sin of neglecting to do something God would have you do, is just as wrong as rape, murder in God's eyes. Sin is SIN. People distinguish. God does not. That is not to say that there are not levels of sin...but still we must hold ourselves accountable, and confess to God.

Have you ever posted a unloving or judgmental answer? If so, why do you feel it is your right to judge other Christians on this post?

I would think that calling people "so-called Christians" is judging them just a bit. Maybe?
I understand the need to distance yourself from those who share your faith but are unloving and are perhaps a bit of an embarrassment. Just remember, they are not you and you are not them.

When people say that Jesus says not to judge others, this is a fallacy. If you want the real truth of the matter please see for yourself at:
http://www.gotquestions.org/do-not-judge.html
Jesus taught to judge righteous judgment (John 7:24)
It is very frustrating that people do not know that Jesus is actually talking about being a hypocrite when he says do not judge.

I agree with you. Jesus taught that love is the greatest commandment so how are we loving someone when we continually point out their faults? If we do what is right and walk in Gods love, people will see that and follow our example. We catch more flies with honey than vinegar!
