The normal amount of sperm per ejaculate is 350 to 500 million. The number will vary according to the source you are looking at. If the count is below 20 million, again some sources say 40 million, the male is sterile. The only way to know is to measure it by providing a sample for analysis.

The only definitive way is to see a urologist, provide a semen sample, and have them check your sperm count. Don't assume you can't get someone pregnant - it only takes ONE little swimmer, remember!
