No. Meat is the best substitution for meat. If you want meat, eat meat. Don't be such a pantywaste.

To me, meat is not food, and therefore needs no substitute. There is plenty to eat without eating an animal. But soybeans do provide much nutrition, so if you are using them for a substitute or not, they are healthy.

It tastes like a meat and even look like it. It can also substitute the meat to some extent. It is rich in Protein. So I think it is even better than the meat

try this recipe: Canned Pumpkin, Oatmeal, Seasoning salt and some soya sauce (not too much) mix all together and you have fake meat!
make fake burgers, fake meat loaf, fake meat balls! They've even fooled some meat eaters!
Soya sauce is made from soy beans! You can judge what is best for You! If you can't use soy then try kelp although kelp don't taste like soya sauce!

any soy is a good substitute becuase it contains protein not as much as regular meat but still some, and you can make soy(tofu or boco) basically everything!
but get some protein shakes or vits. just in case you never know
and pair that all up with lots of nuts!

Depends. From a nutritional standard, they're pretty good. They have protein and more ammino acids than most alternatives. However, I find that it's not as versatile as, say, seitan. I like the textural variety that foods like seitan and tempeh provide. Tofu's great, but I don't think it's good to count on it for ALL your protein needs. As long as you're eating a variety of foods, you're probably going to take care of most of your needs.

Making tofu is a tedious technique. i might soak the beans in one day and boil them in some soy sauce or only elementary salt until eventually gentle then drain. I only choose for to saute them in peanut oil and garlic ginger and chiles. i'm in heaven and that i'm no longer a veggie guy i might do issues like i might do any garbanzo recipes .

No, eating raw soybeans is bad for your health. They have to be at least be cooked to destroy the dangerous chemicals inside them.

I like tofu. It can be cooked to have a texture similar to chicken and is not too far off in terms of nutritional value.
