I got a ticket when I was out of my home state. I had my case heard in court, and my fine was reduced. By the time I received the payment notice/letter, it was only 2 days left till the payment due date. There was no way of paying using a credit card, so by the time my payment was received by the court, they had already issued an arrest warrant.

I then got a notice saying they received the payment, and that the arrest warrant has been nulled. However, will it still show up in my background check as that I had an arrest warrant issued on my name once (say when I apply for a job?)?

No. Warrents are not posted on a background. That is, unless they are active.

Warrants usually do not show up in a background check and traffic tickets don't show up on pre-employment background checks (unless there is m or an f case with it).

Unless an arrest warrant is active, they don't show up on background checks. You're fine. It does make yoy worry though when you're not used to being on that side of law huh?

Your placed up mark must be the day earlier at present. i could actual call the nearby precinct which issued the value ticket and ask what their coverage is. State which you've a placed up mark for the day gone by inspite of the undeniable fact that given the area that's going to be arriving some days late. you ought to be fantastic offering that's paid and postmarked. Their may be one extra late charge in the event that they have a clause the place it must be won by making use of. it is not likely a license would be suspended for a late charge.

get a lawyer to try to get it dismissed if not it could cause major problems for you on your record and you may be denied jobs, credit, etc

and never accept a guilty plea to make it just go away
