If he starts talking vindictive the minute you say no, then that was the right answer. You have to get along because he's still in the child's life, but you don't have to allow yourself to be put in a possition where you could potentially be hurt, financially or otherwise... that's why you're not together any more. If he complains, just tell him you have to think of the child you have together first!

do not DO IT! he's irresponsible and could screw you. decide Judy could call you stupid. do not smash credit which you have not have been given for a loser. do not enable him use the little one as an excuse for you to do stupid issues for him. he won't behave and be a larger individual by means of fact the vehicle is on your call-if something, he must be much greater careless. tell him which you particularly want the 1st vehicle it is on your call to be yours. that's too a lot for you to deal with. i'm hoping you will come across a distinctive guy, you sound like an exceptionally superb woman. sturdy success to you.

He is trying to hide assets from someone so not only would I not do it but also check to see whether the amount of support should be raised if he is hiding money this way. Not only that but it is conceivable that were the car to be in a major accident, there is a possibility that she could be sued because it was her car. if he is stopped with drugs in the car, because she would on who the car is registered to me might even say they were her drugs. This is trouble waiting to happen.

Oh but the h*** NO!
Just think if he has an accident or if he tries to rob a store or something. What if he drives it with no insurance and gets caught? Too many things could come back to bite her on the tail if she does this.

Tell her to just ask herself *why* he would want to put the vehicle in her name.

Definately NO! If anything goes wrong with anything in your name you are responsible for it.
