If you have a healthy diet and life style your hair will grow naturally more quickly. Have a tiny bit taken of the ends now and then and it will grow long and lustrous. Having said that if your hair is naturally fine, thin and does not look good long, dont go there. There is nothing worse than natural long hair that looks wispy, split and fine. Choose a style that suits you and your lifestyle. xx

Hair will only grow to a certain lenght that is genetically decided. After this point, nothing will make your hair longer. If your hair is reaching the same length and then not growing further, then that is all it is ever going to do.

This may sound weird but... calcium helps the hair grow so plenty of milk and cut off the split ends every month also if you ea some cheese your hair will grow i cut my hair short in june and it has grown 2-3 inches since so eat things/ drink things with calcium and cut the splits splits stop hair from growing

Just let it grow out and once a month trim the ends, it will help your hair grow faster!

No seriously, my wife started taking pre-natal vitamins before we started trying to conceive. Almost as soon as she started taking the vitamins, her hair started growing faster and thicker.

Don't know if it works for everybody........

Shave it off again and again and use a really hair thickening shampoo, and hope and pray it grows back again( it will grow thciker not longer)>.<

u cant..jus let it grow ..put oil in your hair at times..that makes it strnger
