I hope you are keeping yourself healthy. Everyone is different when it comes to how their body processes food. But, don't overdo the saturated fat or the transfats, If you want to be strong spiritually, meditate/pray, eat healthy, do mind-body exercises, don't overindulge, and look for inspiration where ever you can find it. We live in a tough world, with lots of serious problems. It is always good to be in shape physically and spiritually, so you can be ready to deal with anything that comes your way.
