Thank you Chris. What if this commissioned officer has a picture of herself wearing a 2 piece bikini on her myspace? She was at the beach. Can that be regarded as a "not so good" picture??

You just have to be careful of what you post. You can get in trouble for conduct unbecoming an officer if you post not so good pictures of yourself or writing disrespectful things.

It's not illegal for a Commissioned Officer to have pictures on any site.

They can have pictures, as long as they are in good taste.

D, and it is because our enemies could research our individual officers and use what they find on line to target them and their families. This rule keeps our people alive, something no decent person would object to.

they are not forbidden to have any of those. there may be limitations on what can be posted, but only those that apply to UCMJ( plus keeping everything in good taste).
