What I normally do if I get a pimple is thoroughly exfoliate and wash the face before bed, make up a sea salt paste with sea salt and boiling water (obviously more salt than water to make it a paste) and apply to the pimple before bed, by the morning they've normally dried up, just wash and put a little thinner paste on the next night and the spot should clear up complete 3 days start to finish.
If the problem persists, I suggest a visit to a pharmacy for a spot remedy containing Benzoyl Peroxide as this is commonly used in topical lotions provided by doctors. Failing that, anti-biotics specifically for acne can be achieved from your GP.

pinch not squeeze the white part off, and dab clean with a tissue. dont squeeze as it will rupture the tiny blood vessils inside and take ages to heal.
