Well,I like skinny girls but I have to say an awful lot of guys seem to like heavy girls. Had a chat with a really good looking skinny girl about this once and she said the same. She was not too happy about it, which I thought was quite funny. So I think heavy girls must be just fine since so many guys seem to like them.

For sure, heavy is fine, obese is another matter, if a person generally takes care of themselves thats cool I have no problem if they are 50lbs overweight if they have a nice personality...if they are so overweight it is a big health issue and they don't care to do anything about it then that would be a problem for me...anything beyond chubby is a little much for me but I like heavier women much better than skinny ones

There are a few guys here and there who HONESTLY might not mind. As for my hubby he has been upfront he prefers a smaller girl. NOT TINY BONY but, average weight size 10-14ish. I however was a 18 when we met I'm a 12 now. He thinks i look better now so do I. It's a personal thing. For health and APPEARANCE sake it's a good ideal to try to stay in shape anyone in shape is more attractive to the other sex.

I have in the past dated a woman who was too heavy for her height. She asked me if I would leave her because of it and I replied "As long as you're not unhappy with it, no; make it an issue that you do nothing about, and then I might have to for my own sanity." She lost the weight! I'm not particularly attracted to overweight women, but there are other things that play a part in my relationships that are equally, if not more important. But, overall, if I can't lift her up and be playful, I'm not interested in dating her.

Well I wouldn't be one to judge myself but I dont think I look that bad or anything, and I get hit on by girls with pretty good figures...
but you know what, I couldn't possibly love any of them as much as Iove my fiance and she has "a few extra pounds". To me, its just more to love. She has the greatest personality and cares about me more than anyone I know. Thats all that matters.

That depends on how the girl feels about being heavy. If she is unhappy about it, then, that will definately drive a guy nuts..if she is comfortable then, everything is good. Its one thing to not be happy with your weight, quite another to do nothing about it but *****....

Yes I have been with 'heavier' girls
personality is important
but... lets be honest...looks are important too.
and it can be a little embarrassing to walk into a club, bar, restaurant, etc and have everyone look at your date and think 'What the.... ?'
this would only apply to really large women (or men).. not just large, but HUGE
{edit}
did you want an honest answer or a politically correct answer?
when you go out with someone and they are so 'different' that everyone notices - it reflects on you.
If that person was 'different' due to something that was beyond their control (disability, for example) that is not a problem... if the person is different because of something which is *apparently* within their control (overeating) then it reflects badly on them and badly on you

i speak only for me, but for the its all about the atmosphere between you (or the "spark")...and its little to do with looks, have had great relationships with the tall and slim, as well as the short and heavier...if your personalities click, looks are a small consideration

Heavy? Perhaps moving to the moon with a heavy girl would be a good idea, as she'd be considerably lighter there.
