Thats has already been invented, its called RADAR. You are about 60 years too late. First used durring WWII.

I am not sure what youre asking about. Please clearify. If you wanna create a computer game its already a bounch of em out. Thake a look at thees.

The us army is having a system where you can see al friendly wehicles position using gps. Its in the M1A2 Abrahams main battle tank. Johan

Already have it. It isn't fool-proof though and relies on reporting. But even an Infantryman can get UAV and satellite images sent directly to him on the ground. So can tanks.
