Think about what you would like in a guy if you had to be with him for the rest of your life...1) A guy who likes to have fun, most guys like to have some sort of fun so what are you talking about? Did you mean to say a guy you can have fun with? 2) Guy who has a good personality? That would be up to you if you thought it was good or not. 3) & 4) Hair color? It's simply a preference and not a very big one at that. It would be very, very shallow to use hair color as a deciding factor, what if someone picked another girl over you because he liked her hair color better?
Ideally, you should date a guy who you have fun with and has a good personality, if you can't do those two things with a guy at least then you'll be disappointed in the long run, as for hair color, hair can always be dyed and usually falls out and starts thinning when you get older so really why should it matter? Would you want the guy to get a wig or dye his hair?

Well...... id say both 1 and 2......it depends on whether you would get bored of that person or not? Also if it is long term would you rather be with someone you will never run out of things to talk about with or fun times which will stay with you forever....

The guy with the good personality is best, then who likes to have fun. If you've got both those things then hair dosen't matter.

I would say the good personality. He would also like to have fun, and chances would be good that he would be a good sport. As far as the hair color? I wouldn't care. I don't go by hair color, chances are he is going to loose it anyway.
