Increcible performance by the #48 team during the chase. When you're hot, you're hot. Even Jimmie is surprised.

Still feel good about Jeffs chances. Just a fun fact for you. In two of the three biggest racing series in the world..IRL, F1...the point leader who started the final race of the season didnt finish as the point leader of that race was over. Franchitti beat Dixon, Raikkonnen beat Hamilton..Gordon over Johnson? i sure hope so. Dont count Jeff out yet. The racing Gods seem to throw a wrench into the plans every now and then.

It's like Mark Martin says- you savor each win, because you never know but what it may be your last one.

Johnson and Knaus are on an incredible run.

This is coming from a guy who doesn't root for Johnson. I was really hoping Biffle or Kenseth would take it over.

Great for Jimmie... and his performance is certainly on a championship level! The question now is if Jimmie can win his 11th race, 5th in a row? And if he doesn't win... will Jr. match Jimmie's number of wins with his number of DNF's???

Will have to see if he goes for five in a row next week, or if he drives conservatively and just tries to finish 18th or better next week to clinch the title. I myself think he will be conservative the whole race and go for the win at the end.

Yes, He's doing well.

Great teamwork, great team, great crew chief.

And for the Gordon whiners, WHO beat Dale Sr. out of his possibly final championship? Yep, yer boy Gordy.

That's why people don't like him, plain and simple.

So, it may be a case of "what goes around, comes around".

Please wake me up when this boring thing is over. I love nascar but am bored to tears with the chase format. If Johnson wins the cup, the stupid chase system will have screwed Jeff Gordon out of his 5th championship.
