When I was in school, the cafeteria had the best macaroni and cheese that I have ever had,I am not kidding! Our menu would be the following for macaroni and cheese day at school:
Macaroni and Cheese
Peas
Cinnamon rolls
Pears
Milk
This was when people actually cooked and everything didn't come out of the box like it does now with school cafeteria food.

Not many. Macaroni and cheese I guess. In high school, I usually packed a lunch or bought a salad.

They used to serve chili with PB sandwiches and carrot sticks. I guess the chili didn't have enough meat for protein requirements.
I still like to eat that. My chili is better tasting though : )
