can a gal carry guy ? like say piggyback or something like that. strong enough for that ?

Do you mean, "Can a female Soldier carry a male Soldier?" It all depends on the size of each Soldier and the strength of the carrier. There are many small male Soldiers who couldn't carry a large Soldier, especially if he has his combat equipment.
If you mean can any gal carry any guy, then you're posting this in the wrong area.

I'm 5' 4" and I can carry and drag a full grown man. It depends how you carry the weight at times..kindda like trying to carry a 100lb dumbell versus a 100lb solid ball.
Or it could just be I kick ***...one of two..maybe both :)

Most guys would find it difficult to carry a guy over a certain distance, weighed down with gear and weapons, never mind a girl.

Fireman's carry. I saw a female Marine, maybe 5'3" 110 pounds at the most carry a 6'5" guy, he weighed at least 230.

Depends on the size of the guy and the girl.
If you are talking about a 170lb guy then the answer is yes, most women can. A 250lb guy might be a diiferent story.

It depends on the girl. I can fireman's carry my husband (had to do it when he was drunk). He weighs about 210 lbs and is 6'2'' and I weigh about 170 lbs at 5'11". Depends it she is a tough broad or not.

I had to in basic. I picked up a guy that was about 200lbs. I weighed 125, that's probably one of the reasons why my back is so messed up now, lol.

in the army im pretty sure they have straps that in cases where they need to carry someone they can, and i think that its all about how bad she wants to move the poor bastard.. Okay say your in the army, navy, whatever, and your buddy has just been shot, hes not dead but cant move, the sand ******* are getting closer... what are you gonna do, no **** your going to go over there and get your friend right.. yep. i think so..
