No, but if you are a male and they dont put the pad on your bottom area, you will go sterile. Hope i get best answer. :D

A high enough dose of xrays will kill anything. However, as cells of the body go, brain cells are pretty resistant to radiation (including xrays). In fact, that's one reason why radiation is used to treat brain tumors - kills the tumor cells while having less effect on the brain cells.
