Films are the equipments of an analog camera. And Photography is the name of the art and another form of the words "Photo / Picture" Lets say Photography is the picture which taken with a camera.

If you mean what the similarities between analog and digital photography are, then not much except for both being called in the name of photography. Analog photography is an art and digital photography is a hobby.

The word Photograph is from the Greek language and means "writing with light". Both forms of photography accomplish this, letting light effect a light sensitive object. The light on each is controlled two ways, time and aperture (size of the hole letting the light in) both can have the quality of that image effected by the quality of the lens in front of that hole. Both forms of media store that information for the maker to process in some way later to make it viewable. Swiftly, digital is becoming the norm in the professional world, while film is being relegated to hobbyists and artists.
