My cats gums are pale-very light pink almost white- what does this mean? One of her big front teeth recently fell out too. Does anyone know what this could be? Shes due to have the drops on her neck which stop fleas on friday so maybe its worn off but could a cats gums get pale from just a few fleas? Or is this something worse like cat anemia or something?

It means you better get her to a vet asap because yes, it's very likely to be anaemia. It could be fleas - but if there were so many fleas as to cause anaemia, you'd be aware they were there! What kind of flea treatment do you use?
Many things can cause anaemia. Get the cat to a vet asap - it may be eating fine but if it's gums are this pale it is not doing well.

Pale gums are a bad sign. I would get her to the vet ASAP. It could be anemia or leukemia. Pale gums usually indicate a problem with the blood and its ability to deliver enough oxygen to the tissues. Sorry, don't mean to scare you. Hope its something your vet can take care of and I sure hope your kitty is ok!

Pale gums can be from a number of problems and I suggest going to the vet.
Also, you should check the cats capillary refill time. Do it by applying pressure on her gum with your finger, pull your finger away and check if any color returns. Color should return in under 2 seconds.

Usually a cat's gums are really pale due to dehydration. Please get her to the vet as soon as possible if you think there is danger of this.

It is a serious sign, pale gums (membranes).
Among the mentioned answers (anemia, etc.), it's also a symptom of uremia, diabetes, kidney malfunction and a "gamut" of other potentially life-threatening conditions.
Pls. take to vet ASAP.
Good luck.
{and delay using any flea med/drops till vet sees kitty}
