You said it all dearest! They are immature.

This someone you mention is arrogant enough, believing he deserves all World's good. He takes what good his other girl has, what good this girl has and... he is satisfied! Why should he worry??? He is entitled to get it all!
Immaturity is most of the times, an easy passport to ruthless way of behaving. Finally, all the responsibility is on us, Ele. We should have "ta matia dekatessera" to see whom we are dealing with every time. Being "like a child" is way different from being "immature". Being like a child means innocence. Being immature is stupidity and mistakes being paid by third parties....

These persons feel insecure to end the old relationship before starting the next one. They need to confirm themselves, give themselves the satisfaction that they are desired, that they can play in many different terrains, that they can fool the others.
We have all had the experience of such behaviours, and I doknow that what prevails is a big "why", which by the times changes to disgust and even pity for such persons.
Superficial, immature, insecure, victims of their family that never tried to get eliberated of its negative influence, these people must be torn out of our lives, and the dirth left behind must be thoroughly cleaned.

They are not satisfied about something in the relationship which was large enough of an issue to drive them away?

If someone has left, it is NOT just because 'they are immature' or whatever, it takes two to tango. I'd like to hear the other side of the story.

It is immature you are right.
But i think this person has also some trusting issues (with himself and with the others around him)
He might be still having feelings for the fiancée or he is just afraid to make a big step taking her out of his life.

Generally one does such things when one feels insecure or although the new relationship they still have some “love” for fiancée. But once we all don’t know this person we can’t judge them, I do believe they have their reasons to do that.

The key word in your details is "practically". They are not ready for the commitment of engagement.
