whats a good plan to lose alot of weight fast...i can do the eating real healthy but the exersise is going to be a bit hard due to my schedule and alot of things...what are somethings that worked for u ..i need 50+ pounds off

aim to lose 2 lbs a week - for your health's sake

it did not go on quickly
and will not come off quickly

or - when you lose it - it comes right back

seriously - calculate your caloric needs
then subtract 15% - and eat wisely
when you weight stabilizes - calculate again for new weight
and then take 15% from there (repeat as needed)

easy does it - and your body will respond nicely

you will not lose 50 by Christmas - but by next Holiday
time - you will be stunning - keep you eye on the prize!!!!!

I lose 60Lbs after Basic Training in the U.S. Army.
Furthermore, you can lose weight if you jog for atleast 30mins
and regards to diet some people just east oathmil.
