Pancakes, eggs sunny-side up (not runny!), toast w/grape jelly and some folgers coffee.
BTW, I have off this monday, so that's why it's not blueberry oatmeal..haha.
Dinner? Stir-fry with whatever I can find in the fridge.

5-fruit smoothie/shake for breakfast
chicken stir fried noodles with shrimp dumplings and some spicy fish with tofu for lunch (lots and lots of tea)
bbq ribs with green salad with blue cheese dressing and buttered baked potato for dinner, ice cream dessert ( with beer)
