i downlaoded 'Digital vedio converter'software from www.protectedsoft.com,i can Import from any video file such as AVI, DIVX, XVID, MP4, MPG, WMV, ASF, MOV, etc.and can convert to file formats like AVI (DivX, XviD, MPEG-4, H264), MPEG (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, VCD, SVCD, DVD), WMV,
QuickTime ( MOV )etc,i want to know what format i choose while converting video files so that they can play on my VCD player?

MPEG1 for VCD, but you will need an VCD authoring program, unless that can do it by itself.

try nero, it has many option and will convert itself. just select a vcd in picture/video option

they could. i do no longer use homestead windows Media participant for avi data nonetheless. an excellent option to homestead windows Media participant it is very a flexible participant is VLC participant. yet homestead windows Media participant works wonderful! have exciting gazing your movie.
