what's the most weight I can lose w/o excercise?

I'm 115 lbs and very short

To your first question my answer is you will feel like well you wont feel very good at all because your body needs nutrients and vitamins that a proper diet provides. To your second question since you are not that big to begin with you will loose about 5 to 10 pounds depending on your metabolism. My suggestion is eat a lot of fat free protein bars and salads and fruits, cut on artificial sugars and in a couple of weeks you will loose the same weight as starving yourself but you wont feel bad. First off, even if you were 5'0 115 is a good weight for you. You don't need to lose any.

But since you are asking, it would all depend. I'd never recommend fasting for 6 days. First off, you are starving your body from the nutrients it needs and when you eventually start eating it will all come back because your body is in starvation mode.

To answer your question though since I want to help, you could probably lose up to 5lbs if you don't eat for that amt of time.

Why not do it the healthy way, where it will stay off? Eat well balanced, smaller portioned meals, drink a lot of green tea/water, don't eat after 8pm, and do moderate exercise.

After going 2-3 days without eating, you will develop a bad eating disorder. You will need to spend atleast 200 hours in rehab (a girl at my school was 500!). That time you could be using to exercise and lose the weight. After the rehab, the weight will be back, but you will be down like, $5000. Just exercise and eat HEALTHY!!!

If you don't eat anything fro 6 days you will get mighty sick. Your body absolutely must have food in order for you to survive. If you want to lose weight then you just have to do some form of exercise daily. Walk instead of ride, take the stairs instead of the elevator/escalator. Get involved in some kind of sport. Losing weight isn't just a matter of reducing your food intake. Be sensible about this.

Don't do that at all. It is very, very unhealthy for your body. Try eating in smaller portions through out the day, so you never feel hungry. Drink water. Exercise. But don't try not eating for 6 days.

you will end up in a hospital.
I'm a doctor & would advice you to loose weight step by step.
cut down the calories you take.
If you fast do it for a day & resume with low calorie food.
GM diet also helps.

when you dont eat, your body eats away at its bone and muslce to get the protein it needs.

that is so unhealthy.
if you want to looose weight you should try exersizing.
