i took 84 pills that have codeine in it about 3 hours ago. How long, if for instance im going to die. How long till that might happen?

Clearly you are feeling suicidal and not only need physical intervention now, but mental as well.
If the pills havent killed you yet, you can look forward to a slow and awful death.

The codeine isn't going to kill you if it hasn't by now-you will die a slow excruciating death of liver failure from all the acetaminophen.
