For the most part it looks cool and I don't mind. However, sometimes they turn a very strong purple and my friends start calling me a child molester.... kind of annoying. I don't mind the blue, red, yellow, green, brown, black, but the purple.....

Mine can get pretty dark. They are brand new. I feel like I wasn't warned about this. I expected them to just get darker...

yes. this happens all the time, especially when the glasses are 9+ months old.

My daughter has a pair of these glasses and she's disappointed in how they don't turn really dark when she goes outside in bright light. They just turn sort of a grayish color.
